1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Due to the personalized nature of our astrological consulting services, which require significant time, preparation, and effort, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided or completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Consultation Cancellation: Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation or session with at least 48 hours’ notice without incurring additional charges. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, as outlined in the service agreement.
• Engagement Termination: If a client chooses to discontinue services during an ongoing consultation agreement, we will work to close the engagement while addressing any outstanding deliverables or responsibilities.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under specific conditions:

• Service Not Yet Delivered: If no part of the astrological service has been delivered and the client requests cancellation within a specified period (e.g., 14 days from the date of agreement), a partial or full refund may be issued based on the terms of the agreement.
• Service Changes: If Astro Yogendraa is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or a credit towards future services.

4. Adjustments and Satisfaction Guarantee

• Service Adjustments: If you are not fully satisfied with the direction of the consultation, please reach out to us at consult@astrologeryogendra.com. We are committed to working with you to make adjustments and improvements to meet your expectations.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: Our goal is to provide high-value insights and astrological guidance, and we are dedicated to refining our approach, within reason, to ensure it aligns with your personal or professional objectives.

5. Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain engagements may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm and reserve consultation services. This deposit will be specified in the initial service agreement and is non-refundable.

• Details of the service purchased
• Reason for the refund request

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
