Tridosha Is The Root Of Many Diseases In Ayurveda, Know The Astrological Effect

The human body is controlled by three critical components Kapha, Vata, and Pitta. Any imbalance in these three components is dubbed as Tridosha. Due to the imbalance, the body can be afflicted by several diseases.

According to Ayurveda, 75% of diseases are due to Tridosha. Astrology has always served as a complement to Ayurveda. According to Swami, Ramdev, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are called Tridosha. Due to their imbalance, there are problems of chronic disease. According to Ayurveda, Kapha dosha has 28 diseases, Pitta disease has 40 diseases, and Vata dosha has 80 diseases.

Only after knowing the cause of the disease with the help of astrology other treatments can be attempted so that the Tridosha disease can be cured from the root. Kapha in the morning, Pitta in the day, and Vata dosha in nature dominate at night. Similarly, in childhood, youth, and old age, the sequence of these three doshas is the same. Through this article, we will learn about the various diseases caused by Tridosha and about the effect of planets and zodiac signs through which they are effective.

Tridosha And Effects Of Planet And Zodiac Sign

Cough Nature

Due to viral or flu, phlegm is formed in the throat and starts coming out with a cough. Due to allergic reactions, there is a problem with the formation of phlegm in the throat. If phlegm continues to build up for a long time, then it can also be a symptom of some severe disease related to the lungs. The lungs and lower respiratory tract produce Kapha.

The effect of cough Tridosha is more in juveniles. More phlegm is produced. Common colds, excessive sleep, lethargy, obesity, diabetes, asthma, coldness in the body, itching, problems with urination, and sweating are the common symptoms. Moon is the main factor that increases this defect. In addition, the malefic effect of planets on Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces also increases phlegm.

Pitta Nature

Pitta resides prominently in many places in the body, and their functions differ. According to Ayurveda, not one or two but 40 diseases can occur if Pitta is imbalanced.

Due to the pitta nature, the body remains hot. Hair graying at young age, blood-shod or yellow eyes, yellow color of urine, diarrhea, paling of nails and skin, bleeding from the nose, burning sensation in urine, excessive hunger, excessive sweating, heart disease, high blood pressure, fever, tuberculosis, etc. are caused by Pitta. Sun is the planet that increases Pitta. Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius signs also increased bile production.

 Vata Nature

Excessive fasting, excessive exercise, long brisk walks, and other similar activities for weight loss can aggravate Vata. In the cold winter weather, Vata increases at the skin level due to dryness. Foods that dry the mouth, skin, or stools raise dryness and aggravate Vata.

The effect of Vata dosha is seen more in old age. At this time, many Vata-borne diseases afflict the senior person. Arthritis, bone diseases, rickets, flatulence, hair weakness and dryness, mental disorders, eye diseases, etc., are the common ramification of Vata. Saturn is the contributing factor for Vata. When Shani is in Lagnesh or Shashtesh, the person suffers from Vata-borne diseases. Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius are Vata signs.

Apart from the position of Ascendant and Lord of Ascendant in the horoscope, these Vatadi Doshas are known from the sixth and eleventh houses. Apart from this, there will be diseases related to the planet to which the Dasha is related. Sun-Pith, Moon-Kapha, Mangal-Pith, Mercury-combined with all three Prakriti, Jupiter-Pith and Kapha, Venus-Water and Air, and Saturn-Vayu Prakriti. There are more phlegm-related diseases if there is Dasha of Mercury, Moon, or Venus in childhood. If there is Dasha of Mars and Sun in youth, the person has more bile diseases and gets angrier. In old age, the effects of Shani, Venus, and Rahu cause dry diseases to the person.
